1. The small excavator is not allowed to lift the bucket while driving. The bucket should be balanced and the bucket should not be loaded with heavy loads.

2. When the water temperature and lubricating oil temperature of the small excavator engine reach the specified value, the full-load operation can be carried out. When the water temperature and the oil temperature exceed the specified lower oil temperature, the operation can be carried out, otherwise the engine will be damaged.

3. Small excavators are vehicles used for loading and short-distance transportation of bulk materials. It is forbidden to use buckets for excavation operations.

4. It is forbidden for small excavators to shovel goods when the front and rear car bodies form an angle. Before picking up the goods, the front and rear car bodies should form a straight line, align and close to the cargo pile, and at the same time make the bucket evenly touch the ground, and then pick up the goods.

5. Before the driver of the mini excavator leaves the vehicle, the bucket should be placed on the ground. It is forbidden for the driver to leave the vehicle when the bucket is in the air, and it is forbidden to use the bucket to lift personnel to work at heights.

6. When the small excavator is dumping the material for the truck, the bucket should not scrape the vehicle and the unloading action should be relaxed. When unloading the truck, pay attention to the bucket not to scratch the carriage. During the pushing or leveling operation , The operation should be observed at any time, and if the vehicle is found to be blocked, it should be operated with caution and must not be forced forward.
